A Message to Lovely Vietnamese Community:

San Jose, July 08

A Message to Lovely Vietnamese Community: In my heart and many other Vietnamese, we believe that Vietnamese will have a bright future, successfully involved in American politics. We see a clear path for young Vietnamese who are fascinating in a future in American Democratic Politics. The community believes that we will get damages if we vote a worthless candidate to represent for the community’s interests. We will not have best elected officials at government Agencies. The voice so far has not been heard. The community political strength has not been recognized by other minor and major communities in America. Any elections lies at the heart of the relationship between communities and issues. It is most crucial to have a clear plan and election strategy for the community on how to select a candidate and support the most qualified candidate to win. To be a successful politician who not only understand and study politic deeply but also have a vision, wide-knowledge and know how to take an opportunity determinedly and make a solid decision for political vision and influence in public services. It is not only to have a reputation, money and high education but also a politician needs to build their own solid coalition, earning their own root of support and have a best representative for community issues where they live and reach out community daily needs. We are as ingenious and hard-working Vietnamese who have been building a strong and united community in many years. Now is the time for us to have a campaigned organization to support Vietnamese candidates for local, state and federal positions. A VCO, (Vietnamese Campaigned Organization) not only to raise funds, to make best agenda for a selected candidate to develop. We should choose a qualified candidate who will represent for the Vietnamese community's rights and interests after a preliminary election process. People know that most campaign organization will not survive in any forms once the campaign ends. With the VCO where we will be active all year-long, within 365 days a year by preparing for the next elections, seeking resources, looking the ideal candidate for community representative. VCO will conduct the political Candidates debate, open Political Events and Seminars for freshmen politicians by inviting senior elected officials and political experts for lectures. Remembering, together we can stand strong to make a tremendous difference. It is the opportunity for Vietnamese to create a political foundation for succeeding generations to come.

Respectfully,

Kenneth Phan
