A best choice for our State best Interest!

Clean Solar Energy and high Speed Rail Road; we have a big debate and a big difference between governor candidates and supports, among pro and con ideas to high speed Rail Road.

I am a fan of high speed Rail Road supporters, but I am also a fiscal responsibility taker and clean solar energy advocate. HP train is a fabulous idea. It can be a reality in the right time of our future. We could not deny this high speed idea. We love to bring more convenient and high technology public transportation to Californians but we also must look at our fiscal responsibility and our budget.

This high speed Rail Road project could cost us more than 45 billion. How much fund we will receive from Federal, less than 10 billion? Do we have budget deficit now? Do we have available fund to make it happen now? Do we have plans to raise fund for this project and how? Or we have to go deeper in debt that we should not afford this future dream. First we have more than one project to create jobs that is a critical issue for our Sate. Therefore we have to pick better choice, make strong and smart decision that upon the best interest for our Golden State in which for all Californians. It must not favor any individual or any interest groups. The one must be more practical and cost less to get us out of debt. The one must be created jobs immediately and makes profits as quick as in which is Clean Solar Energy more realistic than high speed Rail Road.

I would think the high speed train is putting in the right place as California but it is not a right time to do it. We need more time. We will have this Hp train with solar system that could be lowest energy consumer. I prefer a design of HP train should be combined using solar panels from top cover to windows. Each train station from North to South California should be build by solar and ready to prepare for a clean train recharged station. Before we can do it, we need a big plan and strong commitment from all level of local and State Agencies. We also need resources as funding.

We always set priority for ourselves in which to cut debt than adding it on. First of all we must make it happen for our State. We need to take fiscal responsibility seriously. We need to rebuild California in the right direction. The questions we should ask ourselves how much benefits from each projects, how many jobs we can create from it and how long can we get paid off for its project?

I would think Clean Solar Energy for Every California home is a better one for us right now. This is a best and fastest way to bring California comeback kid to work. We can save the costs from high price of oil importing. We can collect profit right after installation every minute, every sunshine day. We also can save the costs from protection our environment by creating more greens and reducing carbon emissions.

Should we choose a high speed Rail Road or a Clean Solar energy for each home?
