A letter to Meg' s Campaign!

San Jose, August 30,2010

Dear Ms. Madsen:

I n response to your opening announcement. I would like to take the time to introduce myself and would love to be a apart of Ms. Meg campaign for the Regional Chair position. I know that with my strong combination of professional experience and education. I would become an effective member and a valuable asset to your campaign organization.

I have many years of excellent experience. Through my experience, I have developed and refined my skills in many areas including management, financing, accounting, territory development, establishing an effective communication and organizational system where we can recruit more members to grow our organization to be stronger and bigger. I hold many positions from Electronic industry, real estate investment, and financial businesses. Currently I am working with www.globallandscape.info as a financial consultant.

I am proud to be an Asian American. I would think it is very important for our campaign if we have a representative like me to work directly and closely with our Asian communities. Especially to those Asian voters and Asian independent voters that still feel strange to our election system. The number of independent voters has been rapidly raising in California for last many years. Remembering that we have an imbalance between Republicans and democratic, more democrats have been residing in California than Republicans. We need to focus on Asians and Independents that obtain more than 20 percent of the vote in California. We all realize that any governor candidates could not win the election without independents and Asians. Moreover, we have a largest Asian population here in California. We also need strong leadership who can deliver an effective and efficient message to our lovely Asian Communities and the entire the state of California. This is a must to win-win election.

With my well educated MBA, BS and AA from CSU and San Jose State University, and a proven track record as top producer in Real Estate Investment. I am a hardworking Asian American. I have also developed strong communication and people skills. I am highly motivated, and possess an ability to overcome challenges. I come from parents who had a big family with nine brothers and sisters included myself. Most of my family relatives and friends are political refugees here in America. We have a closed companionship and friendship to our Asian communities and Asian organizations, most in Santa Clara, northern of California.

I am also highly-experienced in working at the local, regional and national levels and through various different channels. I believe that given my qualifications that I qualify for this position. I‘ve enclosed my sites for your review, and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours sincerely,

A proposal letter for an affordable clean solar system for every American home!

Mr. President:
This issue is a waste because we have not paid enough attention to our natural resources. We need to take it seriously. We have so many researches going on clean energies in the last decades. We have many companies and lab researches around the country, but we are not working together to bring the cost of our home solar system down to the price that every single family in America can afford. To have one system for their home electric usage is our goal. Our economy is in crisis by the rising of jobless, fiscal deficit, high debt, and energy prices rising every day. We all know that if our heavy dependence on fossil fuels threatens our national and economic security, and carbon emissions are poisoning the planet and altering the global climate. The sun is an omnipresent form of energy; I called it a God’s gift. We all realize the oil resource is decreasing each day. We know this is a big effort. But I believe under your leadership, our nation will be successful in the path of creating clean solar energy and making it to become an economic sense. We all should think and prepare for our next generations to come.

Mr. President, I have an idea in which can solve many issues at one. My dream to bring the idea to be in reality to every roof of American home. First it can create jobs immediately and quickly. This is a key to bring back a prosperous and a stable for our economy. Creating jobs for every Americans can also help to increase our government revenue and decreasing out national debt. Beside this idea will satisfy many other hard matters that our nation is facing today. That is the shortage and the high cost of energy. We have spend a billion dollar each year to import oil from other countries for our over 20 billion barrel per day in the consumption. We are the number one country using much oil each day. We also need to consider its oil usage as national security concern. We have environment problems. We are facing with national high debt each minute we spend, from federal to State governments. I don’t want to see hypermetropic of each State is going to be exhausted and fall to bankruptcy. In fact, our California State debt is up 58 billion compared to our nation debt of 13.3 trillion today.

Affordable solar system is a right choice to create jobs and to solve many more critical issues that we are facing today. We all have to ask a series of questions in which we can bring the cost of clean solar energy system down to the right price for every single home. Where the high cost comes from? Will it come from raw material, technology, labor, space to build a plant and so on like administrative, services, delivery, installation, maintenance...? A base on the several researches, the cost for each system (5.0 KW) is about twenty thousand, for an 1800 square feet house. My idea would cut the cost of this solar system down 50 percent. This could cost 10k for each system. The average of my house electricity bill is $150 a month about $1,800 a year. Should I invest $10,000 for a clean solar system that would be last 20 years? First we must find a main resource that produce solar panel. That is silicon. Second, we have to build plants where the cost of space and the cost of labor are lowest, the cost of administrative and other management expenses are affordable. Technically, we already have on hand.

In California and especially in San Jose, Silicon Valley for the time since 1971, we have many booms from biology to chemistry, from high tech to PC revolution and from semiconductor to the internet. We have been ranging of our nation in many decades. Now is the time for a comeback? I believe yes we can, Mr. President. You can lead us out of energy crisis and establish a new era of clean solar energy. You can lead us to be independent on energy and gain the national security. Transition to clean and renewable energy will make us more competitive and healthier. You will make history and history will name you. This will be a main energy resource for our next generations to come. We have a strong business philosophy and a talented skillful engineering group. They establish capital investment firms and many others worth progress. We could not un-mention about our hard working, productive labor and rich resources. This is a right choice for California to become a leading State in Clean Solar Energy because our advantage of sunlight is over 300 days a year, and minimum 5-8 hour of sunshine a day upon each season. San Jose will be on the vanguard city to apply it. Once California gets back to work and become a stronger and prosperous. It will drive others State out of energy crisis. California would be a first stepping-stone on the path to our national economic success.
In the main solar market right now, we have three main types of solar panels. Firstly, Monocrystalline Solar Panels are the most efficient as in absorbing sunlight and made from a large crystal of silicon. Secondly, Polycrystalline solar panels are the slightly less efficient then monocrystalline but it is less expensive and more popular in the solar market today. The third is Amorphous solar panels consist of a thin film made from molten silicon. In general all of three of them are made from main raw material that is silicon (sand). I do believe Polycrystalline (Photovoltaic) solar cell is the best choice for this. We have no more time to wait. We have to look forward to the bright future. This is a matter of great urgency we must to act. Why don’t we make solar power a viable alternative to fossil fuel sources, now? This type of solar panel would be far less expensive when we have a massive production. These solar systems produce electricity directly from the electrons when it catches sunlight from its surface cells. The electrical energy from solar cells can then be used directly. It can be used in a home for lights and appliances. It can be used in a business. Clean Solar energy can also store in batteries for many other using purposes.

At this time, China seems to pass us on Solar Panels manufacturing to be a global leader, following Japan and Europeans. We need to take it seriously and make this green-tech sector to benefit us because we have all resources, strengths on hand and we have a strong support from our government. Again why don’t we take this opportunity to create manufacturing jobs for hard working Americans since we already lost electronic manufacturing jobs last decade? We need to stand up and make it happen before it is outsourcing, out of our control. Let’s ask questions together, Will this create job? Is it positive choice to do? Do we have high energy demand? Do we have enough resources to make it happen?

Are we as Americans, smart and hardworking? Can we do it now?

What I mean a massive solar production, a big picture with a goal from 5 Gigawatts increasing each year, to reach over 25 Gigawatts in 2015. It could power to 5 million homes and entire of California households could be powered by clean energy by 2020. This is a very affirmative decision. It could produce from 3 to 5 million domestic jobs in ten years. We all realize that is a keystone for our economy growth. It is a time; Mr. President and your Administration will lead us and move this lovely country to the right direction in which our future generations will also be interestedness.

Finally I want to mention the cost of protection our environment and why we have to apply photovoltaic cells and clean solar energy to be a part of our society today but the key incentive is to protect our environment. If we are ready for clean solar energy from all state in which this is also a right path to establishing green environment everywhere and encourage this policy. We also can bring the cost of environment protection down. The environment advantage to producing a portion of California ‘clean energy by renewable sources, especially solar energy, are evident. We all realize the demand of energy each day is at high stage not only from American but the World. The increase in energy consumption followed by using and increasing the coal burning, adding more greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. Applying these clean solar systems as soon as, will directly reduce coal, carbon, gas, diesel emissions and will creating a green environment for all American benefits. Applying these solar panels on the roof of every American home will the best interest not only for each resident, City and State but our Nation. We must recognize that it is not only our need but global energy high demand. The rate of return on the initial investment will be astronomical compared to others as stock or bank interest…This is a potential profitable venture for the both State and Federal governments. The local city agencies and residents also become involved in. The bright future for America, Mr. President.
Yours truly,

A best choice for our State best Interest!

Clean Solar Energy and high Speed Rail Road; we have a big debate and a big difference between governor candidates and supports, among pro and con ideas to high speed Rail Road.

I am a fan of high speed Rail Road supporters, but I am also a fiscal responsibility taker and clean solar energy advocate. HP train is a fabulous idea. It can be a reality in the right time of our future. We could not deny this high speed idea. We love to bring more convenient and high technology public transportation to Californians but we also must look at our fiscal responsibility and our budget.

This high speed Rail Road project could cost us more than 45 billion. How much fund we will receive from Federal, less than 10 billion? Do we have budget deficit now? Do we have available fund to make it happen now? Do we have plans to raise fund for this project and how? Or we have to go deeper in debt that we should not afford this future dream. First we have more than one project to create jobs that is a critical issue for our Sate. Therefore we have to pick better choice, make strong and smart decision that upon the best interest for our Golden State in which for all Californians. It must not favor any individual or any interest groups. The one must be more practical and cost less to get us out of debt. The one must be created jobs immediately and makes profits as quick as in which is Clean Solar Energy more realistic than high speed Rail Road.

I would think the high speed train is putting in the right place as California but it is not a right time to do it. We need more time. We will have this Hp train with solar system that could be lowest energy consumer. I prefer a design of HP train should be combined using solar panels from top cover to windows. Each train station from North to South California should be build by solar and ready to prepare for a clean train recharged station. Before we can do it, we need a big plan and strong commitment from all level of local and State Agencies. We also need resources as funding.

We always set priority for ourselves in which to cut debt than adding it on. First of all we must make it happen for our State. We need to take fiscal responsibility seriously. We need to rebuild California in the right direction. The questions we should ask ourselves how much benefits from each projects, how many jobs we can create from it and how long can we get paid off for its project?

I would think Clean Solar Energy for Every California home is a better one for us right now. This is a best and fastest way to bring California comeback kid to work. We can save the costs from high price of oil importing. We can collect profit right after installation every minute, every sunshine day. We also can save the costs from protection our environment by creating more greens and reducing carbon emissions.

Should we choose a high speed Rail Road or a Clean Solar energy for each home?

A message to Candidates!

San Jose, August, 2010

To my friends and Candidates from California State, I would like to advice gently a few things to all of you. I hope you will study and complete it for our State best interests for our great America! This is an invaluable piece of advice for the coming election.

We all know not only our state has faced the nation entire economic downturn, from financial industry in crisis, auto business in collapse, home ownership in losing their American dream and more serious problem like healthcare and education in losing their funds to run. California itself has been among the state with highest unemployment rate, budget deficit, very expensive living costs. From energy to a parking spot, from a daily meal to movie ticket, from education to health care deductible check –up and so on.

We need a new vision from government leadership where can give back our principles so our economy can thrive again. We need a strong and clean state enterprise to put our “country first” theme, to make a serious reforms, to bring the bright future and hope for our children in many generations to come.

We all know that California State is the third largest State in the United State of America, with over 38 million populations, ranking the first in the nation. We are the eight largest economies in the world; our State GSP is about 1.9 trillion in 2009. California is a great State, inheriting a wonderful climate and weather from God, with 350 days of sunshine a year on average. The climate in California is generally warm and dry across all seasons. We are a leading State in technology and many other fields. We have a diverse population and the largest immigration movement. We are proud one of State with colorful cultures and ethics. We are also remembering that our state nick name is golden for the past, present and future, for this generation and many generations. We need to remain strong and competitive to protect and to grow our State in the right direction for our children future. Of course, it will not be enough to bring my point of views and present my problem solving concept here in one or two pages. I could write a book for it. I will try to lay out most priorities issues in the five-point- plan that will make all easy to follow to act.

The Five-Point Plan for our golden state:

Job Creating Reform: restore our Golden State to prosperity

We are in an emergency level within 12.3 percentage of unemployment. We need to stop our jobs sourcing out of the State. We need to create and make California comeback to work, to be one of technology and productivity leading on the World Economy. We should not only depend on Federal stimulus packages. We should not keep creating money by selling state bonds and treasuries and maintain an irresponsible and brainless spending. We need to be in the Vanguard State of a movement in many serious reforms from energy, immigration, education, union and ourselves, State Enterprise. Those reforms will bring significant results in creating more jobs to California. As I already mention above Union is just an old fashion barricade that makes us weak and less competition in our economy growth and expansion. We would not forget what benefits Unions have brought to our society in the past decades but we also need to make clearly Union is not politicians, and not State elected officials. We want to make sure Unions perform its roles well under controlling of State Government and regulations. State is ready to create more jobs by choosing and giving State contracts to local contractors and businesses. We have spent billions of dollars each fiscal year by giving away our money to other foreign companies by buying their supplies and products. We have lost our manufacturing jobs by outsourcing to foreign continentals for cheaper labor with less quality. All State Projects must have a fairly bid process for all local contractors, not to be favored by Union. We are in 21st century for doing businesses. We need to recognize the global pressure and competition as well as Unions. We want to share our responsibilities and stress Unions are not impact of our society today. Union must restructure itself and follow the flow of globe of human kind.

We all see the example of our leading Auto Industry in collapse last years because the weak and inefficiency management. More to mention to push hundred of thousand our hard working American in losing jobs. We must realize this is an old system of Union with high costs and lack of competitions to the global economy. If we are not strong and ready to emphasize the Union system; we are in trouble for doing and protecting our economic system.

Our State is one of largest economies in the World. We are a State, leading on a technology and energy. We need to be creative and vision. We need to be leader and motivator. We need a “welcome package”. This incentive package will include affordable corporation tax, cheap energy, comfortable license, and rewarding, for all corporations who have build plants, manufacturer present headquarters in our State for doing business.

Energy Reform: a God’s gift

By maintain our jobless rate under 5 percent and erasing all or and any poverty that occur in our State. We need all level of local governments. Union, school, agencies both private and public sectors get together for a big effort in saving and creating jobs. We have clean energy and public transportation are two majors of businesses here in California. We need to focus on for creating more jobs for our State by developing and investing in making free and clean energies for all single California households. Just make a simple calculation with over 39 million in population, and an average 10 million households. How much California has to spend over 100 million dollar each single day for energy cost? We should be a large clean energy supplier to ourselves and to other neighboring States. As I mention a “welcome package” above, we can provide for those plants, manufacturers and headquarters with a priceless energy. This is also a key to attract more business growth for our State and we have more jobs. We will have higher income tax revenue, more sale taxes, and less social benefit spending. We must recognize this is a huge energy cost for our State. We have a larger resources included scientists, innovators, inventors, investors and many technological researcher centers here in California. We must have a clean energy system which cost less for all Californians.

State Gov/Enterprise Reform: hold State Government Accountability

First, the State failed to recognize its incompetence and costly enterprise to run California. Second, the State failed to create a vision and having a weak leadership that can leads our State out of crisis. We must know this enterprise is a very complicated and a large one to restructure. Third, we failed to select right candidates for State to run this enterprise an economically and effectiveness as it should be run. There are a series of questions to ask our enterprise Government such as our taxes are now high enough, State structure is efficient and does not have the ability enough to run the big State like California? Or is it too large and too uneconomical organization for California? What about manpower resource. Technology that State has applied to the organization? These issues are not bringing a constructive enterprise government to run our State and hinder our economic prosperity. State needs to restructure this organization from manpower resources to their own legislations, from fiscal responsibility to budget and their own style of State spending. State should evaluate all manpower resources for its performance and apply more technology for a better operation. State must rethink about pension plans for the better California interests, not in short but long term. This burns billion dollar by fiscal year and we all know this is main reason to create a California budget deficit every year. We need to recommend the revaluation, regulation and correction all State Pension and non essential programs to cut State costs. We will recommend State at their effectiveness and efficiency organization from its size and performance. We will recommend State to reevaluate any agencies and organizations to be rewarded by State funds. If the State can relocate their manpower resources to the right place, at an appropriate agency. This is a big saving for our budget. It also recommends State to control the cost of living and the inflation in which distracts more people and businesses to move or relocate from the State. We should not over tax to cover for our irresponsible and unintelligent spending. We should make the right and smart choice when it comes to spending.

Immigration Reform: a Right thing to do now

We all know immigration is one of our big national issues but we are California, we must again to break a way and to be a leadership in this movement. This is a right choice to do for our great country. We have not falling back but have to face ahead with the matter and lead it to the bright future for all Californians. We have a largest population with over 2.5 million illegal immigration in California. They need to be legalized and be added in our revenue system. We need to do it by our heart and our interest by setting a time table for all to be legal Californians. This will bring a stable economy not only for our society from all social evils. The best benefits create a strong and well trained manpower resource for State. We need to remain a high productivity Economy. It also helps to increase our taxes revenue with less State budget deficit.

Education Reform: a Must for our future

One of our State biggest budget expenses is education. Absolutely we need to spend more money on our children education. But we have to spend the money efficiency and effectively. We have almost 1000 districts in California. Just image how much money do we need to this kind of overhead expenses? The money should spend on the classroom, supplies, and technologies for our children not for the heads of the district.

For our State and children bright future, we must continue to support and invest in our children good education. With a broken system it will never bring back our best education for all our young generations to come. We must to restructure and clean our education system with more policy and more competence to deliver to the best to our children. One competent education system is to help the inability of children to be good students for the future. A system that will deliver our smart children with an advance technology and tools for solid future. A system that can create a foundation for all our children with a career in research, and to develop their skills and ability for success. We have to make sure every level in State has obeyed the one system that measures all students with math, reading and writing skills. We want to make sure every tax paid dollars have is spend in the right and appropriate place for the best possible child’s benefit.

Yours truly,

Kenneth Phan

A message for Meg!

Dear Meg,
My name is Kenneth Phan, who has been a California Resident, living in Santa Clara County for 20 years; I have grown up and build a life here. My family and I saw brilliant changes from a prosperous period such as a booming of dot.com, high technology, and real estate investment to the time of economic downturn as deficit budget, higher debt, rising unemployment and many more. I am proud to be Californian. I feel I have a responsibility to contribute to a need in State Government reshuffle. To rebuild California and bring the prosperity back to this Golden State. I take carefully sending to you, a bright, determine and prospect candidate, this message including a seven point-plan to success for your campaign

We have many questions to ask like unsolved problems in which when solved has many results. We will chose what is the best answer for all, and we will select it as the only best strategy to apply on. In California today, one of hardest problems to solve is that of Union and its effect on employment. This is not only for the State of California but also Federal Government. Union issue is leading directly to many others difficulties such as employment in crisis, wages and benefit costs, lack of competition, budget deficit and long term benefits for all California retirement plans. How to convince Californian, how to make sure especially those who benefits from those golden interests. To understand our lovely State is under perilous condition and can fail completely at any time.
As I already mention, you need to present clearly and firmly to voters about our State in urgency in rebuilding. Soon or later we are facing a huge cost of pension plan. We face a higher jobless rate. We will offset some of budget crisis cause of loss of tax revenue, especially to all Union members. I know it is hard to hear, it is hard to accept, it is hard to get to their hearts but it is a must. You need to deliver it from bottom of your heart, your mind and your belief. To present the message with a strong and clear feeling to prevent California State in progressing for bankruptcy. A clear message with correct information and a full analysis about the consequences if we are not going to act soon. We must all act together to stop bankruptcy of California.
Many past years, California voters have been misleading about our State condition. From deficit budget to other problems. We never have any actual plans or ideas on how to smartly and rightfully create jobs and save costs. Before we make a revolution, we need a strong and skillfully experienced leadership to lead California out of depression and prepare for a better future for all of us including next generations. You should point out a current State Government has a lack of management plan which could destroy our Golden State. Any resolutions are required to sacrifice personal interests for the best interests for our future and our many next generations. This is a must to act today rather than tomorrow. Time does not wait for anybody and time is very precious. We cannot afford to lose every second because the stakes is too high for us to dwell on what might have done. Thomas Jefferson quotes: “Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.”

7 point –plan to success:

1. True believe! Show your seriously from bottom of your heart and fight hard for your belief. What you can do for Californians. Lay out your goal and plan with details by creating a road map for California Enterprise. You must show your directness, your strength and determination.

2. Successful Organization: A complete and successful organization from top to bottom, from campaign manager to staff members to register voters. Give a clear guiding and follow correctly from top to bottom. First you must lead and show your talent, knowledge, skill how to organize your campaign. Second to lay a detail plan to restructure a big enterprise as California Government. Establishing an organization structure to accomplish collective goals where your campaign will evolves to increase the effectiveness of the organization’s control of the activities necessary to achieve its goals. Your organizational skill with a smart strategy, and strong management from head of campaign, campaign spokesperson to staffs and volunteers would be a crucial for success.

Make sure operation running smoothly and it is essential for the message from top management campaign to be consistent and unanimous to subordinated teams.

3. Spending smartly and rightfully: Must show your skill and experience how to run and control money and resources like a big State as California. You need to do one thing for me please. Try to build and raise and maintain a small donor by 5 dollar contribution and empire that flows over and over again and time. Only from every single voters by any convenient way, like internet. This is not only about money you want to collect but you also want to get in touch with voters and you want get their heart for your goal. You should reserve a part of your heart to carry them over the election. Take a consideration our expression: “The more people get involved, the better off its result will be”.

4. Show your respect to other differences and how to react and represent your point of view: invest on the best interest for their own children. Always to be optimistic but don’t be too superiorly to voters.

5. Make sure to maximize using technologies and media on your campaign. Make sure to use face to face to create virtual offices from every county in State.

6. Never underestimate your rival. Remember in the old phrase” if you know yourself and your enemy, you can fight 100 battles and win them all.”
7. I would also recommend an open meeting, if you can invite at least 300-500 Fortune CEOs all over United State of America to come together in California with the ideas they would share.

First, we try to get ideas how to rebuild California State from the crisis, job, foreclosure, and energy. Second, it is a right time to share the differences and get supports from them.

Third, you can show to undecided voters or independent voters that you have capacity and ability to unite; from investors to communities therefore we can rebuild Golden State. Make sure you carry new and welcome plan outlined to attract investors, foreign capitals to Golden State. We need a crucial and promised package that make a warranty for the private sector that is a main part of our economy and private sector is a key to create more jobs that is a crucial point for this election in coming months.

Yours truly,

A letter to US. Congress!

San Jose July 4, 2010

A letter to U.S. Congress!
Shame on you, while a million hard-working Americans are struggling with unemployment benefits, and facing a difficult living daily without job, without bread and butter on their dining table. U.S. Congress, especially our senators are servants of the people whom are left for the vacations, leaving a critical issue that incomplete business in unemployment extension benefit. Don’t you see there is anything wrong with this picture, Mr. Senator?
This shows Americans, our broken politic system in Washington, an infective and inefficiency leadership we have. This also shows the careless and a very disappointed to Americans. We have wasting a million of million dollars each year for elections from local to federal, to encourage Americans in voting, join in any ways and raise their voice and contribution to the election but this is one of the fact that makes them be away from our Government system, they get tireless and lack confident on Government. Just look at on our polls every year and season, how many percent Congress get approve from Americans. We need to do something better than that, don’t you agree? In fact, we need to restructure our imperfect system that will bring smoothly and make ours more efficaciously.
No matter how much politic is going on in Washington right now, those of type emergencies need to be act fully and quickly for the best interest of our nation. This will show how much you sincere care and take responsibility for our citizens. The American people need your helps. Congress need to get together to solve this exigency. The Obama administration need to stand up and shows fully support for this bill strongly and firmly. Upon your return, Please take an action not talk. Please do not play politic on somebody feelings. Please United We will succeed!

A Letter to the President!

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500
San Jose July 2, 2010

A Letter to the President!
Dear Mr. President:

Over the past years, I have seen your administration and U.S Congress tried many efforts to prevent our economy into great depression. Our country is now in a recession. First we did help to bail out a 100 years auto industry. Second we helped in the time of the financial industry in collapse. Third is to prevent mortgage crisis that bring up million homes into foreclosure. So far we have very positive impacts in helping banking, lending out of the problems so Auto businesses would be stable. The news shows GM is going to return over eight billion back to TARP program. The Ford Corporation also paid back about 4 billion dollars to reduce their debt. This is a very optimistic point in the last many months but still have an obstacle way to pass along before we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I know you feel the pain from our hard working families in losing their homes. The home they have been living for years. The government has tried a few programs so lenders to help resolve this huge crisis, but we are still far away from this troubling problem. The pro and con among lenders and government goes around and around for many months. The mathematic problem that we should low interest rate, prolong mortgage terms and reduce the principal? The main issue we need to clear here is principal reducing for those underwater properties. My problem solving now is to reduce it but still can produce a constructive result for all involved parties and for own economy in the long run.
I have a better strategy; I want to share one simple proverb from my motherland: “Lieu com gap mam” try to seize the bowl of rice but forget the whole table of food…

What I mean we should create a “swap plan” for all in which we can help single home ownership with underwater mortgage to swap their primary resident to the one where they still can live. They would be able to make an affordable payment for their life time. They still can contribute back to their society. This plan will help to make our housing market stably. This plan will help to prevent another foreclosure wave. This plan needs a full support from all lending services. They need support from your administration where lenders help to finance and all level of your government. Federal will direct the housing marketing grow in the right direction. I am sure this plan will help to prevent the commercial real estate into the domino crash process in the near soon. This will also help us to create more jobs and pass through this crisis quicker. Maybe it will make our economy recovery sooner but it could create a healthy environment for our economy in general.

Yours truly,
Kenneth Phan
