There are still many crucial issues in which San Jose have facing these challenges in the past years and the coming years. The number one matter is the city budget deficit each additional year. It is a severe obstacle that prevents the City from providing socially necessary services to the San Jose residents. It is a significant matter need to be resolved immediately to avoid San Jose City from bankruptcy. Resolving the city budget crisis is the first plan that San Jose residents would love to hear from the candidates. Budget balancing strategies proposal will help to rebuild the city's reserve and to keep its mandate for the city services, to stop cutting essential programs  for San Jose residents. Services' cutting is not a solution to solve the current problems. To do so, San Jose needs an executive wide open economic growth plan. The city needs to create the best environment for the businesses and national investors, not only for pubic but for private as well. The city must recruit big corporations such as energy, technology, banking industries. The city got to invest into the infrastructure such as transportation, roads, housing; schools…to create better jobs with a high-paying one for San Jose residents and neighbors. Have City has only one choice to change to grow for the best future or to come to a standstill to die?

To maintain a good public safety and to continue developing housing for low-income people. To invest more on education for children and to provide the best healthcare plan for people. To run City efficiently for helping the both small businesses and corporations and to invest more funds on roads, public transportation, and infrastructure. The City needs a revenue increasing plan as well as removing useless programs. The city will reform most unfitted regulations and make it more applicable for businesses. The city must also be engaged in the continuous process of change and reform all city government organizations and agencies to strengthen its ability to meet new demands and deliver its vital services in the most effective and efficient ways. San Jose is one of high-tech cities in the Bay Area, therefore, the innovation always to be a key for every area to be encouraged. San Jose must be the first city in the nation for everywhere else to count on it about the highest technology, best place to invest, to work and to live. A place, parents from everywhere to believe that their children will get the best education from here. A place that every inventor and new investors believe that their inventions to be recognized and to be put in the massive production in the first place, their investments will get the best incentive supports from city regulations. A place people all can trust to put their heart and their family into it for the best of all with great weather, environment, public safety and services, tax contribution, real estate, schools and jobs.

Budget balancing plan, increasing revenue, creating more good jobs, encouraging new investments with incentive supports, reform pension are critical issues for the City in the coming years. Besides The city has homeless, water, housing, education matters…as well.

Therefore a King or president of the nation also needs to be a qualified leader with the both full talent and great righteousness and generosity to lead the country, to deal with all the issues. Madam Clinton has an amazing understanding about Washington politic. She has an extreme credibility and competence to work with strong parties, and she also has a reputation to the world leaders that the nation need her ability to restore the strategic partnerships and to maintain a good relationship with new upcoming continental powers. Madam Clinton is the best choice for America because her smart and hard working woman, her talent and ability, here competence and skillful. She knows well about the challenges and the threats America face today therefore she shall stand up for the nation and fight for Americans value that she has been doing for a long of life.

Americans vote for a person not because he is black or yellow as well as the gender. Taxpayers should vote for her because she is the only qualified person for the job. Americans are sure in the past over 200 years, and American voting rights are getting better clear and rightfully, American voters have also been gaining a lot more knowledge about the voting system and rules. Americans are always great to learn from the history and to draw experiences from the past elections. We do want to vote for a president for wars or good speeches, but we must vote for whom is ready to take “3 A.M call” from around the globe. There are many, but the top priorities American needs their elected president to lay-out and to complete during their time in the White House. Is it “Read My Lip” or Americans want to see the action from President’ accomplishments? Here five are Economy, Healthcare, Education, social security and national security. Every national crucial issue would be solved if the nation can rebuild a strong economy and raise enough tax revenue. The economic surplus helps to fund most of these shortages. American can create more good jobs, and the economy has been growing steady by following years, and the national GDP has been rising up to 5 percent annually than the national debt of 17 trillion will be paid off by time and does Government need to raise tax? Of course, it is not. What is about climate change? Yes, it is also an important matter The country need more funds to continue researches into the exact role of human-caused climate change in recent hurricane activities. What is the next? American wants to see a strong national security, and America should be maintained the superpower position forever. The only thing this country can do is to rebuild the economy as strong as to restore the American prosperity. Economic surplus shall help to resolve all other issues from security to health care, education system, environment, the national debt and on and on.
During the last 6 years, US. Economy is still moving up but slowly, the good jobs have not been created as much as the expectation and the unemployment rate is still in high stage with 6.1 percent in July 2014, far away from the normal rate of below 4.5 percent annually. Where is a actual plan for good jobs? Not just to save jobs but the government need to create more jobs. American hard working people need to be put back to work with a better working environment and benefits. Jobs are not only to be created by public sector, but job creation mainly existed from a private sector. The economy system works for Americans. Many ideas from investment into American’s infrastructures, healthcare, education, transportation efficient energy…However, one thing is a must that we need to rebuild the manufacturing industry, to improve roads, public transportation system and to restore “USA Made-In” to the globe. It is time to focus and invest on the American infrastructure.

Second is the healthcare issue. Since Obama care program has been enacted to Americans, there are over 7.5 million to enrol in which is a small number to make the program working effectively and efficiently.Healthcare is a major election issue for any candidates to come up with the perfect idea and best effort to complete. Education is always a critical matter for any elected president or candidates to carry into the presidential platform and to build up a lifetime legacy for his/her and to leave it for the generations to come. Education is always a good investment for the people and society. Education is a solid foundation for the future life path.

For the rest of the veterans, elders and disabilities benefit security, for the rest of the stable society and the economic growth steadily in which president candidate need to set out the life time secure trust fund plan to secure the benefit for those over 60 million beneficiaries in which is a not small number of voters to change the balance of the election result. The national security and defense plan to protect American include terrorism, gun laws, energy independence, and nuclear power.
