High Speed Rail System!

San Jose, March 11,2011

Great Idea for the State Economy!

High Speed Rail System is a brilliant idea not only for the California itself but the Nation, as well. California is one of the first States to build a High Speed Rail Road System throughout Northern to Southern, from Sacramento to San Diego. I have twice experiences while I was in China last couple years. I have been using High Speed trains from Shanghai and Beijing, so wonderful memory. I could not image it; Convenience, Comfortable, Cost less, Save time, Safer public transportation than automobiles and airplanes, on and on for the best advantage for consumers. In addition, we also make a great deal from Energy Saving, Reducing Emission, and specially creating jobs to support the entire State Economy grow again, not only to small businesses but large corporations as well in many years to come. We can begin to reduce imported oil from overseas and to be independent on the energy sources.

California is the strong State; we have enough resources to build, from manpower, technology, Capacity. California is the third largest population in the Nation. The State population has been increasing at every single hour. The economy system is the eight largest on the World. We have an extremely high demand; therefore we need a better public transportation system in California. It is an advantage that we can easily to convince the private investment sector. We have been approval of Federal Funding, and we also have more chances to acquire some additional monies from other State left out like Florida. All people know how crucial it is. The national transportation system is like a blood vessel in the body. It is not only helping us to move from one to another place as well as goods. The question we should not bother to ask do we need it or not but whether when we can build it. The day sooner we complete this massive project, the day sooner Californians all benefit from it. We need to make a firm and smart choice not only for us today but the next generations in the future. When the time pass we look back, the children and grandchildren will not only to be proud from what we overcome, but they also benefit from it. We must be vanguard soldiers to build a solid foundation for children. This is a serious public interest and, this will be a highly successful project.

Finally, I also want to express my idea to combine on CA High Speed Rail project. Each High Speed train Stations through from North to South should be applying by solar panels on the roof design. We can collect solar energy for using from each facilities. Solar collecting will be the main energy source; it can save costs from each station of the operation and maintenance. First at all, we agree that Solar is clean energy, free energy source that will also reducing emission and not adding to global warming. Second, it is safer than nuclear power plant and imported oil. Third, it also can create more jobs for the slow economy today.

We must expand California Economy, grow more tax revenue, reduce the budget deficit, prevent so many social welfare programs have been cutting, raise higher of the California State living standard, and bring the Golden State to be back its prosperous period.

Kenneth Phan

Budget Deficit: What is the real problem?

April 8, 2011

Budget Deficit: What is the real problem?
For many past decades since 1900 American carry over two billion in debt to 14.29 trillion today. Each year we plan for fiscal year by spending more than we have collected. The real issues here are irresponsible spending and inappropriate tax laws. This matter is so embarrassing and unresolved-able for many years from this administration to another administration. Each fiscal year, we all have seen a struggle, fighting among two popular parties about cutting or adding spending. This question always makes me so concerned and wondered when we can solve this national real problem. Do we have enough genius, talented economists, Nobel Prize Awarders in this lovely country to help out the best solution? From the bottom of my heart, yes we can fix it, not too short or not too long neither but it is also not too late to act than to be idle. If we will not begin to move today then nobody will follow us tomorrow, we got to build a future path for succeeding generations to come. A path can help to drive the nation out of the debt crisis. We need a better American living standard; we need a better environment and society with prosperity and national security, as well. "As Thomas Jefferson said, “Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.” We must figure out what is the real problem of our budget deficit "and" we got to find a common ground to solve it in a reasonably and rightly. I am sure we have more than two cutting or/and adding techniques to resolve this extremely difficult matter. The other problems we face today that the economy and political systems are not in a good shape in the past decades. I would say it is like a couple who have not has a healthy relationship. They keep fighting and fighting each day but, they could not be separated by some reasons. They also have never seen it and might not have a solution for it. Basically, they need help. The government and Congress want to sit down together. We need a serious plan to expand the economy,to help hard working American families back to work. We must have a new vision for support new industries. A vision must bring the optimistic and the sense of confidence to Americans. We need to restore the trust to the economy system; a trust should not only begin to draw from Main Street but Wall Street. A plan must create 10 million of new jobs and bring about 9 percent annually of gross domestic products during the next couple decades. The national jobless rate should be kept under 3 percent. The next issue we must make a fair tax rules for all, an appropriate share for both rich and poor to take a part of the contribution. Do we still need any more debates or we need a solution? We have incompatible tax laws that could be a cause and effect of our economy growing and income. To attract more private investments, we need to change in the right direction. We also need modification to obtain more funds from higher level executive than as unskilled income families. A ten to twenty million more jobs will pay our debt problem in the long term. A healthier economy will help us overcome our social obstacle issues. We could not want to spend as much for our society as we have a weaker economy system. This could help us to reduce the national debt rabidly by years. Again it is not the first time; we heard the debate on America Budget deficit. I concerned about the World reaction has risen up time by time because of the bigger and bigger US Debt and Budget deficit. It has become a problem not only for the United State but World, as well. If we do not take it serious issue, if we do not begin establish financial responsibility then we will become worst than situations. As we holdup it for years that makes the problem is harder and more expensive to solve. We will also face a series of issues in the soon future such cost of wars, jobless rate, new beneficiaries and baby boomers in entering the retiring process. Will those costs making our national debt limitation in higher?

Mr.CEO:

San Jose, April 18, 2011

Dear Mr. CEO:

On April 8, 2011, your company has an announcement about the investment of 600 million to build the largest Solar Panel factory. I am so happy and enthusiastically support that conclusion in which it brings the real American dream comes true. When we all can begin reduce emission carbon, have a better living environment with greener, renewable energy, to be independent in energy and limit imported oil from foreign. This is also a key for the national security and a bright future for our next generations to come. This is an appropriate solution within the current government policy that you are one of vanguards to be leadership role in this industry. I would like to express my idea that could bring the cost of the Solar system to lowest price and competitive price in the World market. My dream is that every American home could afford to have one. At currently the cost of solar energy is still higher than conventional sources like coal, nuclear power and oil. Everyone must understand that China is now to lead in solar biggest manufacturing, surpass Europe and America, but they will face the inflation soon in the future, both at commodities and labor costs. Soon or later the products from China will increase their prices. I would consider building a solar manufacturing plant in Viet Nam is most suitable place. The main things of the solar system costs come from complex regulations, raw materials as silicon dioxide, land resource, and manufacturing process. The other would be a volume of production. Viet Nam will meet all of these demands. They have fewer regulations, and upon the recent call from Viet Nam Government to support developing solar industry. They have profuse raw material mines as silica (silicon dioxide); they have cheap land to build plant; they have decent weather; and they have cheaper manpower resources but hard working labor force. To build a photovoltaic crystalline cell plant in Viet Nam is the best option for now. We can have massive production of cells in Viet Nam Plant. We then will ship back by navigation to American shore for final panel assembly and quality control before we complete solar system. We know thin film-cell is going to take advantage in the lower cost than silicon for now, but the PV crystalline is still the one with the highest efficiency in converting sunlight into electricity. If we can take this cost down than the industry will be remarkably successful, it usually occurs when the demand is high then the price is up but in the opposite of the solar industry, when the demand is high then the costs will be reduced, and the profit will rise. We will have increasing the market share, capacity expansion and we also will increase the massive production of volume. At the same time, we can bring its cost to it level as 65 cent per watt as low as conventional electricity sources. I am sure the demand will increase rapidly in response to cheaper prices is to start showing its face. The question is who would not love to have a solar system for your home, businesses, companies that save the costs of electricity for 15-30 years long. Thank you for taking the time to considering my thought.
